Low-dust strip-out in assessed, uncontaminated areas

This service concerns areas with the required material assessment and an agreed uncontaminated scope. Low-dust does not mean dust-free. Hazardous-material remediation is a separate specialist service.

Assessed materials and boundaries

Partitions, linings, ceilings, fittings and floor layers are removed within agreed limits. Structure and services are checked. Unexpected suspect materials require specialist assessment before further work.

Dust protection and reduced vibration

Barriers, zip doors and, where needed, suitable air cleaning or designed negative-pressure systems are planned. Filters and extraction classes follow dust risks. Cutting, drilling, water and slurry handling are selected for the project. Equipment availability and checks are agreed.

Occupied and sensitive buildings

Feasibility near homes, offices and practices is assessed with users. Hospitals and laboratories require additional hygiene and operating approvals. Access, hours and necessary interruptions are agreed; uninterrupted use is not guaranteed.

Logistics, recycling and handover

Closed containers and suitable transport routes limit dust spread. Floor protection and escape routes are coordinated. Materials are separated where possible under VVEA. Local emission requirements, any monitoring and swept-clean or additional cleaning are agreed. Projects are planned from Regensdorf throughout Switzerland.
