Clearance of premises and organisation of material sorting and removal.
Request a quotation ↗Commercial premises, workshops, offices and homes are cleared within the agreed scope. Released fittings are dismantled and bulky items, timber and residual materials are collected separately. Swept-clean handover is agreed in the quotation.
Concrete, mixed mineral rubble, bricks, mortar, metals, plastics and timber are collected separately where possible following assessment. Treated timber is classified according to its condition. Sorting supports suitable recovery and aims to reduce mixed waste.
Skips, roll-off containers and special receptacles are coordinated around materials, quantities, access and space. Collection zones and schedules are agreed. Waste goes to suitable receiving facilities with relevant acceptance conditions and permits.
Required declarations, weighbridge tickets and disposal records are coordinated with the client, contractors and receiving facilities. Documents and responsibilities depend on waste types, requirements and scope.
From Regensdorf, we plan clearance in Zurich, recycling projects in Aargau and Basel, and business clearance in Bern, Lucerne and Central Switzerland, alongside all other cantons. Scheduling and logistics are coordinated for the site.
Hazardous or suspect materials are assessed separately and handled by appropriately qualified contractors.
