Methods depend on materials, geometry and structural requirements. Dimensions, tolerances, services and retained reinforcement are agreed with specialists.

Core drilling

Horizontal, vertical and angled drilling for services, extraction ducts and anchors is assessed for concrete, stone and masonry. Position, diameter and fixing requirements are agreed.

Wall, wire and floor sawing

Methods are selected according to thickness, access and cutting task. Specialist equipment and partners are planned where needed. Low vibration does not mean vibration-free.

Openings and structural safety

Door, window and stair openings require structural, services and permit checks. Supports, sequence, block sizes and lifting points are planned. Structural changes require specialist design and clearance.

Water, dust and removal

Collection devices and wet extraction limit water and dirt risks. Dry methods require suitability and appropriate extraction. Slurry is collected for suitable disposal. Concrete parts are secured and removed using assessed lifting arrangements. Recycling depends on material quality and receiving facility requirements under VVEA. Projects are planned throughout Switzerland.
