Controller
SEGIM Schweiz Rückbau & Demontagen GmbH, Bahnstrasse 60, 8105 Regensdorf / Zurich, Switzerland is responsible for processing personal data through this website. Contact info@segim.ch or +41 44 844 53 61 for privacy enquiries.
Enquiries and project information
When you contact us by email or telephone, we process your contact details, message and any project information, plans or photographs to respond, assess the project and prepare a quotation. Please provide only necessary information and images you are authorised to share.
Technical operation and hosting
This website is hosted by METANET AG, Josefstrasse 218, CH-8005 Zurich. Technical access data such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and errors may be processed for operation and security. Server locations, subprocessors, retention periods and any international disclosures for the selected package will be specified from the contractual documents before public launch.
Contact forms and protection against misuse
You can send a project enquiry to info@segim.ch through the form. It processes your name, email address, project location and message, plus optional company and telephone details. The source page and selected language are included for context. The data is used to handle the enquiry and prepare a quotation. A success message requires acceptance by the mail-sending system. To limit misuse, the endpoint converts the client IP address into a secret-keyed hash and stores this and request times in a protected temporary file outside the website. Entries are limited to a one-hour window when further requests occur; the file may remain until the next cleanup or server deletion. The endpoint does not store messages or email addresses in its own database. Messages may be stored by the mail systems involved. The form sets no session or tracking cookies. The website has no integrated analytics or marketing services. Final hosting and mail configuration will be checked before public launch.
Google Maps and external links
Google Maps loads only after you select “Show map”. Your IP address and technical connection information are then transmitted to Google. Google may process data under its own terms, including outside Switzerland. Route links open Google Maps in a new tab. Third-party websites have their own privacy notices.
Recipients and disclosure
Where necessary for your project, information may be shared with relevant IT, communications or specialist partners. The actual scope depends on the assignment and services used. No advertising or analytics system embedded in this website sells or markets personal data.
Retention and protection
Data is retained for as long as needed for enquiries, contracts, statutory retention duties or the protection of legitimate claims. Access and transmission are restricted according to the protection required. Email is not an unconditionally confidential communication channel.
Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion and exercise other applicable rights. Contact info@segim.ch. Appropriate identity checks may be necessary to prevent unauthorised disclosure. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Changes
This notice will be adapted to actual operations and changes to the services used. Forms, analytics or additional third-party services require a further review before they are introduced.
