Kitchen removal services

Fitted kitchen dismantling

Wall, base and tall units, panels and granite, solid timber or composite worktops are dismantled after checking fixings, weight and access. Reuse or disposal is agreed beforehand; damage-free reuse depends on construction and condition.

Disconnecting services

Water, drainage and any gas connections are disconnected and secured by responsible specialists. Hardwired ovens, hobs and extractors are isolated by qualified electricians. Mechanical dismantling starts after the necessary checks and clearance.

Splashbacks, tiles and partitions

Tiles and splashbacks are removed within the agreed scope. Adhesives and mortar require prior material and any necessary contaminant assessment. Non-load-bearing partitions may be removed after checks of structure and services. Further preparation is agreed with following trades.

Kitchen disposal

Timber, metal, mineral rubble and glass are separated where possible after assessment, with regard to VVEA and project requirements. Refrigerators, dishwashers and cookers are delivered separately to suitable Swiss appliance recycling collection points, for example within SENS eRecycling. Refrigerant circuits remain intact.

Scope of work

• Cabinets, worktops and appliances that have already been disconnected.
• Separation and transport for agreed reuse or disposal.
