We support businesses, industrial clients, architects and property managers with clearly defined work scopes and coordinated processes. Since 1999, our work has focused on dismantling and deconstruction. We agree protection measures, responsibilities, scheduling and the handover condition before work starts.

Safety comes first on every site.
We are responsible for our own work and coordinate protection measures with the client, site management and specialist contractors. Relevant Suva and EKAS requirements are considered in preparation and execution. Risks are assessed, staff are instructed and protective equipment is selected for the task.
Professional site preparation
Work zones, barriers, access routes, dust screens and protection of retained building elements are planned for the project. Electricity, gas and water are isolated and temporary power connections are installed by appropriately qualified contractors. Fire protection, safe work at height and welfare facilities are coordinated with site management.

What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Please send the location, photos or plans, the required scope and preferred dates. Dimensions, access arrangements, existing services and any material surveys are also helpful.
What needs to be ready before work starts?
The work boundaries, access, protection measures and responsibilities must be agreed. Responsible specialists must complete any necessary service isolation, hazardous-material surveys and clearances before work starts.
How are removal and handover arranged?
Material separation, transport routes, disposal records and the handover condition are specified in the quotation. Broom-clean handover or additional cleaning is provided within the agreed scope.
